Fixed Term Contract up to Feb 2023
As a Corporate Sales Support Administrator your role is key as you work behind the scenes supporting the Broker Team to achieve an Incredible Customer Experience and improved order run-rate and higher delivery volume in the month.
You will assist in following a compliant sales process and preparing all ensuring all documentation is present and correct to allow an efficient handover of the vehicles to the customer.
You should thrive in a time sensitive high tempo working environment, have a professional manner and willing to be an exceptional team player.
The position of the Broker Sales Support Administrator requires the individual to be meticulous with detail, have an ability to operate to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner.
We will support and develop the individual alongside the manufacturer, providing access and training to be FCA compliant, SAF recognised and access to Audi’ suite of online tools and quotation platform (Connect online).
Main Responsibilities
* You will work closely with the broker team to ensure we have all correct documents in place for processing finance proposals, ordering a vehicle, processing a vehicles sale and organising pay-out and delivery.
* You will work closely with our internal supply chain i.e., admin, valeting & logistics to ensure progressing vehicles in line with handover date is achieved.
* You will be at times liaising with our external points of contact so will deal effectively with customers and subcontractors requests.
* You will support our broker team to ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover
* Assisting the team in processing a vehicle order through the sales process
* At times, you will be required to provide administration cover inside the wider corporate team
