Administrator
Salary: £23,000 per annum plus veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Location: Poole, BH16 6LT

What will you be doing?
Ensuring the smooth running of all day to day aspects of the depot, working within a team environment and undertaking general administrative duties.
To deal with all customer queries, to coordinate and control all administrative tasks and customer service, in a safe and compliant manner, and in line with company policies, procedures and expectations.
Deliver a first class customer service which includes:first point of contact for any customer and employee queries, first points of contact for meeting with and managing visitors to the depot in addition to dealing with internal customers and directing all incoming queries where appropriate.
Reception cover including meeting and greeting visitors and answering the telephone
Managing the administration of any legislative reporting and paperwork
Control of paperwork on a daily basis including monthly rebate reporting to customers
Liaising with customers for stock collections to ensure efficiency in processing sales
Where applicable, provide financial reports, monthly basis to the Operations Manager for evaluation and upwards reporting
Involvement in operational compliance
Supporting the team with people management including; time sheets, processing of absence due to sickness and any other associated tasks
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in an administrative function including reporting on performance and processing of invoices
Maintenance of systems and record-keeping
Literate, confident PC user
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
Awareness of transport legislation
Experience working within the waste industry would be beneficial
Experience of QHSE regulations and standards and ISO compliance - highly advantageous
