Salary: up to £30,000 plus Veolia benefits including a generous bonus potential and company pension scheme
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire with home working

What will you be doing?

As the Reward Analyst you will provide support to the Reward Business Partner and the Reward team, providing specialist support and technical expertise to HR and the wider business.

The Reward Analyst will support the development and implementation of an effective reward strategy. You will build key relationships and undertake core activities to ensure our People objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of the Annual Reward Plan, including the annual pay and bonus cycle ensuring it is completed effectively and that all outputs are appropriately managed.
Provide external insight and ideas to drive creative solutions that influence reward plans.
Completing key pay and benefits benchmarking exercises to enable decision-making. Utilising company analytics to drive performance and provide key information to senior stakeholders
Providing reward analytics and insights to the reward team.
To deliver a full range of Reward activities, maximising the capability and resource whilst identifying areas for increased engagement and efficiencies.
Be a first point of contact for reward queries and ensuring that a first class experience is provided to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the reward team in delivering the UK&I reward strategy and playing a pivotal park in key reward tactics.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience of complex planning within a large matrix organisation.
Knowledge and experience of Reward tools.
Knowledge of employee engagement.
Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret trends and issues in an easily digestible and effective way.
Experience of effectively managing own workload to meet deadlines, using initiative when required.
Have a proven track record of advising and influencing senior stakeholders in an operational environment on confidential and challenging issues.
