Marketing Coordinator

We have a new exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Gaydon, Warwick. This role involves supporting the Marketing Manager with the day-to execution of the daily marketing activities.

Key duties and responsibilities...

* Daily marketing administration duties

* Overseeing emails / Eshots

* Taking photos of machines and uploading them onto the website

* Adjusting templates in Adobe to create Flyers / Brochures

* Marketing weekly action plan

* Send texts and push notifications

* General website updates

* Management of adverts listed in magazines

* HubSpot lists

* Management of external sites

* Gifts / giveaways and merchandise management

* Collating and management of testimonials

Requirements

* Must understand the basics of marketing

* Attention to detail is key

* Adobe experience desirable Or Must be willing to learn

* Experience using cameras and videos Or willingness to learn

* Use of CRM (ideally used HubSpot before) desirable

* Some knowledge of digital marketing desirable

* Must be happy to get stuck in day to day marketing tasks

Hours: Mon – Friday 8am – 4pm
