Hours - Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?

Pro-actively support the payment of 15000 employees in an accurate and timely manner
End to end running of payrolls and all associated activities
Responsibility for delivery of payroll metrics to agreed SLA's
Be member of project teams to deliver corporate objectives
Ensure that colleagues are paid in accordance with agreed timetables
Act as a key contact for payroll queries and provide excellent customer service
Provider timely, detailed feedback and updates to all queries and treat employees and stakeholders as customers of payroll services HR
Look at current issues and make suggestions to resolve (and implement where possible)
Make suggestions to ensure that end-to-end employee lifecycle processes impacting payroll are effective and result in an excellent customer experience

What are we looking for?

CIPP payroll technician certificate or equivalent beneficial
Strong current working knowledge of Workday (desirable) and Payroll (essential)
Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills
Ability to breakdown complex issues and deliver on time
Ability to support others
Self-starter with the ability to operate in the detail
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
