Job Details
Greencore have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Administrator.
As an Administrator, you will provide support to both the Administration Production team and Time and Attendance.
You will collaborate with Management from all departments and liaise with the onsite agency to discuss and collate accurate head count and requirements. You will create packs to support the production teams on the factory floor, these will include new starter packs, factory start up packs. You will be required to process holidays, record absence and sick, add new starters and leavers to the systems and perform other administrative tasks which help the production team.
You will also be required to go on to the shop floor to complete labour audits and stock counts to keep equipment replenished.
You will be working with various databases, including Kronos, Nexus and open HR.

What we’re looking for We are looking for someone who can take direction well, who has an eye for detail and accuracy.
Experience working with excel is essential and with Kronos would be desirable.
The hours of work are Sunday to Tuesday plus alternate Wednesday 16:30 - 04:30..
There is a degree of flexibility required to cover team members during their annual leave.
