Resource Planning Administrator
Part time - 22.5 hours
Runcorn based

About The Opportunity: We now have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Planning Administrator to organise and deal with the centralized admin tasks and guarantee admin support to the Resource Planning Coordinators.
Responsibilities
Answer and make calls within a busy team
Provide consistent and accurate information to locum pharmacists and pharmacy managers and Regional Managers
Work alongside colleagues to ensure group email address is managed and the correct communication methods are used
Adhere to all processes and procedures outlined in the department
To check and process locum claims adhering to time scales
Any other reasonable duties or tasks requested by your manager
Communicate and coordinate with Locum Coordinators the holiday request and absences requests from Employed Pharmacists.
Ensure communications between HR and Payroll are held for the updated holiday allowance, for contract changes and new starters.
Agency invoices to be check on against the system and submitted to accounts for payment
Deal with centralized Locum Board Administration Duties including:
Maintain accurate and fully updated rotas for employed pharmacists.
Update any change of contracted hours for employed pharmacists
Provide general update on Locums Accreditation to the Locum Coordinator Team, ensuring full compliance for the Quality Payment and the FLU JAB season.
Provides the full process for new locums from registering to their first booking.
Update branches opening time and Bank Holiday Rotas
Managing Locum Dispensers requests.Experience - Essential
Use of all Microsoft, word, excel, outlook
Working in a fast paced environmentExperience - Desirable
Experience of a high pressure environment
Previous contact centre experienceKnowledge/Skills - Desirable
Knowledge of Rowlands branches
Ability to prioritise
Qualifications & Training –4 GCSE’s grade C or above
