Full Time, 37.5 hrs per week
Salary negotiable dependent on experience + Employee Benefits including 25 days annual leave Plus Bank Holidays, Life Assurance,sick pay and workplace pension.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a hardworking and friendly HR Team to help deliver our change programmes. The role will provide advice, guidance and support to managers on all aspects of change management processes, ensuring all risks are identified and managed and legislative processes followed in line with company policy and procedures. You will lead on TUPE's, redundancies and restructures, highlighting any risks or concerns to management. You will prepare presentation packs and supporting documentation to staff, attend and manage consultations meetings, liaising with various departments including payroll to ensure staff data is transferred in a timely manner whilst ensuring that due process is followed. You will also support the HR Operations team and the HR Advisory team with providing advice and guidance to managers on a range of other HR areas such as Right to Work, VISA sponsorship, family friendly processes, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness absence management as and when required.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working in a generalist Employee Relations environment but particularly with regard to leading and managing change programmes preferably within a healthcare environment.
We are looking for an effective communicator with a can-do attitude and the ability to interact at all levels. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level or equivalent. Ideally you will have around 2-3 years hands on experience working within a Human Resources role especially in change management. You must have thorough knowledge and significant experience of current employment legislation. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
