Role Overview:-

Theoc House is a specialist rehabilitation service supporting adults with brain injuries to regain their skills with the ultimate goal of moving to a more independent or appropriate long term setting. Theoc House can support up to 10 adults at any one time, working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. The average stay of a person we support is around six months to a year, which means that any changes in ability or achievements are noticeable relatively quickly and give a huge sense of job satisfaction!

No two days are ever the same, and there are always new challenges to face. Recently Theoc House had a new manager, who is friendly, focused and committed, not only to the progress of the people we support, but also to the professional development of the staff team.

Support Workers in this location, experience is not necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

We have a in-house team that ensures that all of our services have plenty of PPE at all times. All care and support is carried out following the latest Government guidance.
