You will be based at our new opening Restaurant in Manchester, which is famed for its contemporary Latin American style and mood sensory lighting and exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller, who will report to the Head of Department and will be required to assist in the participation and supervision of all stock management to the upmost highest standards, ensuring our kitchen and restaurant are fully always stocked for operational excellence. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter who is looking to progress with a growing brand within hospitality.

This is a full time and permanent position- Hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 5pm

You will inspire the team, leading by example, and always adopting a hands-on, can-do attitude.

Role & Performance Objectives

• Reporting the End of Month Stock take figures alongside Head Chef
• Preparing reports on top selling and underperforming items
• Provide detailed weekly sales analysis for Culinary Director
• Work to achieve the best sales and margin opportunities by effective supplier negotiation, and new product opportunities.
• Liaise with the Bar and Restaurant staff for feedback and new recommendations
