As part of our service delivery team, you’ll be there for our customers and colleagues whenever they need you. Big jobs, little jobs, all kinds of jobs. You’ll be working in a variety of locations, including customer homes (empty and occasionally occupied) supported schemes, and communal areas, so you’ll need to be comfortable and flexible to take on any challenge. Your role could involve kitchen and bathroom cleaning, deep oven cleans or mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and other general cleaning duties.?You’ll be working by yourself or as part of a team, with an expectation to carry out this work to a high standard and in line with our rigorous work specifications and health and safety regulations.

You’ll make sure that all of our customers, schemes and our properties receive the highest levels of service, learning from experience when things don’t always go to plan. We expect you to take responsibility for safeguarding, identifying, and raising potential risks within our homes and communities.

This role will allow for some flexibility.? You will have the option to start early morning or mid-morning, working?40 hours per week at?8 hours per day Monday-Friday.? There may be an?opportunity to cover additional hours and/or additional sites.

The is a mobile role covering the Staffordshire and The Marches East area (Lichfield, Tamworth, Burntwood, Rugeley, and Cannock).? You will be provided with a job-purpose vehicle.? Due to the nature of the role, a DBS check will be completed for the successful applicant.

As a cleaning operative with us, we want you to have:

Cleaning experience, industrial, commercial, or household
An understanding of health and safety, COSHH requirements
Experience using specialist cleaning machinery and equipment (desirable but not essential)
Basic IT knowledge and using mobile devices (training to be provided)
Experience in a customer-facing environment
The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Full, clean driving licence.Your previous experience may be in roles as a cleaner, domestic cleaner, cleaning operative, or commercial cleaner, amongst others.
