Customer Service Advisor
The PHOENIX Group are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors who have a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience. Based at their contact centre in Runcorn, your overall responsibility will be to provide excellent levels of customer service to our customers at all times.
About the role:
This position is a full time 37.5 hour role. The position requires a professional approach to customer service and a desire for continuous improvement as you will be liaising with healthcare professionals. The role includes dealing with incoming calls, placing customer orders, investigating and resolving customer queries, informing customers on all aspects of our services and product ranges, and proactive service calls.
Who we want:
It is essential that you have experience of working within a busy customer service environment. You will be customer focused with professional telephone and written communication skills. It is essential that you are able to work as part of a busy team and possess proficient keyboard skills. A customer service NVQ or experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable but not essential.
