Join us at our new Restaurant in Manchester, which is famed for its contemporary Latin American style and mood sensory lighting.

We are looking for an exceptional wine expert to join the MNKY HSE Team, who can create inspirational wine lists that excite our guests and that pair with our famed food menus. Ultimately, you will delight our guests with your knowledge of fine wines and assist them when choosing the best wine to complement their fare.

You will have an appreciation for Latin-American Cuisine and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Enjoy working within a vibrant, passionate team to deliver the best customer experience, with a real passion for F&B and music.

Role & Performance Objectives

• Hold a minimum WSET level 3 Qualification with exceptional knowledge of vineyards, wine regions & wineries. Arrange, organise, and host wine tasting events- ability to travel to other sites.
• Be knowledgeable with the ability to educate guests about different wine varieties i.e., glass finery and serving at the right temperatures etc.
• Strong communicator with the ability to train waiting staff on the different wines available
• Wine Cellar & stock management & be an advocate of the Mnky Hse ethos during every operational shift.
