We are now looking to recruit an Account Administrator to join our dedicated Just One Call Team based in Bristol. In addition to working in our friendly, hardworking and established team, we offer:

Having a good standard of education including maths and English, and proven experience of working within a customer focussed/call centre environment you will have a professional, first class customer first approach with the ability to confidently work both well in a team and also using your own initiative.

As our customers first point of contact, you will need an excellent telephone manner, the ability to quickly build rapport with our customers and able to prioritise your work to meet the customer needs is essential.  Having a common sense and flexible approach to work you will be able to manage your workload, ensure the database is accurately updated and be able to work on several different contracts as the need arises.

The main duties of the role include:

  • To answer telephone enquiries and requests from internal and external contacts in a professional and polite manner.
  • To identify parts required from the information given by the engineer and source from the most competitive supplier.
  • Ensure the database is updated in a timely manner, with accurate notes whilst taking the call before processing the order.
  • Raise quotations as requested at the most competitive price from preferred suppliers.
  • To assist with completing the pricing, part numbering and sourcing of parts as necessary to fulfil customer orders.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in the Company Out of Hours Standby Service on a rostered basis, which includes cover over Bank and Statutory Days Holiday.
