We are working with a highly reputable business based in Birmingham, to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their small and friendly team. You will provide high level customer service to all of their customers and ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. This is a full time and permanent position.
Duties
* Manage all ongoing quote updates.
* Take ownership of customer enquiries and aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
* Maintain existing Silver Account Customers.
* Answer incoming phone calls with a smile and ensure phones are answered within agreed time frame
* Resolve customer queries professionally, generously and effectively
* Answer and respond to all calls and enquires in accordance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Process customers orders accurately and in accordance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Work with GM to resolve customer queries when necessary
* Take ownership of the ongoing quote process ensuring quote updates are completed, approved and signed off by HBD
* Once quotes are signed off, send to the customer within agreed timeframe and update Hubspot with necessary next steps
* Ensure all updated quotes are uploaded to AppGMS in a timely manner
* Provide effective Account Management to all Silver Account Customers as set out in our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Support with product builds on AppGMS
* Complete team and customer sales reports
* Complete related project work as requested
Requirements
* Need to be able to work effectively, managing time and tasks
* Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
* Fully understand our APPGMS software system
* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service
* Must have some understanding of Hubspot
* Must have good written communication skills
* Must be trustworthy, accountable and obedient
* Must respect authority and all co-workers
* Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone
* Must keep workplace tidy and clutter free
* Must have tidy workstation at the end of everyday

Salary £25,000- £27,000 per annum
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
28 days annual leave
