As Recruitment Coordinator you will be key in providing a great first impression of Bromford to candidates. We think Bromford is a great place to work, you’ll be responsible for ensuring candidates feel this too and are well informed and engaged in wanting to work with us.

You’ll support a team of 5 Talent & Resourcing Specialists, managing a high volume of work, including arranging interviews and assessments, supporting leaders with recruitment queries and preparation, processing offers, advertising vacancies and responding to candidate queries.

Alongside the Recruitment Administration and coordination you’ll also get involved in proactively sourcing suitable candidates and managing recruitment campaigns. Utilising a variety of available tools to find suitable candidates you’ll make contact, discuss the vacancies and highlight the benefits of working for Bromford.

If that’s not enough there’s also opportunities to get involved in supporting recruitment events & assessment centres, researching new technology and innovative recruitment methods. As well as highlighting what's on the horizon and any new ways of working as we are always looking to improve processes and stay ahead of competition and improve processes.

You will need:

Previous Recruitment experience, preferably in a resourcing role

Self-motivated and thrives in a fast paced environment

Ability to manage a high volume workload and prioritise effectively

Candidate focussed approach, providing a brilliant candidate experience

Excellent relationship building & communication skills, keeping leaders and candidates updated

This is a full time, 9 Month Fixed Term Contract initially and will consist of an equal balance of working in the office and from home. Office base will be Wolverhampton or Tewkesbury.
