Support Worker
Full Time and part time
Rainham, Kent
£19,500 per annum + £1,800 per annum on completion of probation & assessment
Shift patterns - 7am-2:15pm, 2pm-9:15pm and occasional waking nights 9pm-7:15am.We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Rainham, Medway (Kent), where you will be supporting a young male who is a very active and outgoing individual with learning disabilities, Pica and behaviours that challenge. He enjoys going swimming, listen to music, going for meals out, and visits to theme parks and much more! You will be working in a small team of 8 support staff.
Drivers needed as the service provides a service vehicle!

Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
Supporting the management of our people's finances.
Keeping our people's home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
And enjoying what you do!Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
