FIRE RISK ASSESSOR - ADVERT
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week based at Birmingham (Flexible)
Salary: £37,680.00 per annum, inclusive of car allowance
We are looking for an established professional who is able to undertake fire risk assessment for our low/med-rise residential building and liaise with external fire safety bodies and key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Building Safety Manager and will support in ensuring our building are safe in accordance with new fire legislation and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in; managing fire risk assessments and audit programmes for residential buildings, implementing strategies to engage with residents and providing assurances on building safety compliance.
About you:
Have minimum 3 years' experience in residential fire safety including implementation of fire risk assessments.
Can evidence technical expertise in property management and safety with knowledge of building regulations, health and safety legislation.
Must hold a nationally recognised fire qualification.
Have a Membership of the IFE or similar fire safety body
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience of providing customer service in a demanding, public facing environment.
