We are looking for creative, flexible and passionate staff to join our team supporting people with learning disabilities in and around Wells, Street and surrounding West Mendip areas.

We support people living in their own homes across a variety of different hours during the week, We also support a gentleman living in his own home, requiring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week..

You will be supporting people both at home whilst also ensuring people have the opportunity to access their local and wider community. Your role is also key to ensuring that the people we support are offered the opportunity for personal growth, including voluntary and paid work, increasing social networks and building relationships.

You will need to be a driver with access to a car for this role.

* 28 days annual leave pro-rata (including bank holidays), which we increase the longer you are with us.
