Digital Experience Analyst (Full Time - Fixed Term until 05/05/2023)
As part of the product development team, the digital experience analyst is responsible for gathering the data available from Inchcape Online’s presence and customer experience, providing insights which can be translated into recommendations and actions to improve the products roadmap, particularly from the customer experience perspective.

Work as part of the product development team to improve the overall customer experience on Inchcape's websites
Provide insights / analysis of customer engagement that will enable the Product Manager and Product Owner to make informed decisions for the product roadmap
Identifying industry challenges, and producing customer trend analysis
Developing and improving the delivery of analytics reports
Enable the product development team to move from Universal Analytics to GA4
Generate and tell a full analytical story using a combination of data sources Google analytics, Sitecore Analytics, Brightedge, Optimise and etc.
Research and identify the best/most successful customer journeys and contribute to the most effective content and engagement strategy that delivers those successful journeys
Provide reports and insights related to customer engagements and customer journeys by using analytics tools such GA & Sitecore, Brightedge
Provide analytics/insights to the product development team which enables the Product Owner and UX designer to create and design engaging user experiences
Contribute to the content strategy by providing insights and analysis of content usage and opportunities
Improve the customer journey and remove dead-ends
Contribute to the CRO strategy by reports and insights on online conversions
Identify and analyse key conversation points on for the online platforms
Report and give insights for best optimisation of landing pages, CTAs and lead generation forms / journeys
A/B Test and continually measure the performance of conversions
Collaborate with teams responsible for blogs, emails, and social media in order to optimize each conversion path The Ideal Candidate
Advanced experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (Universal and G4), and Data Studio.
Experience with CRO tools and software (Hotjar, Google Optimise, Optimizely, etc)
Experience of A/B Testing
Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to give insight and reports to enable data-driven decisions
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
