Fleet Administrator - Derby (Fixed Term until 30th June 2023)
As a Fleet Administrator your role is key as you work behind the scenes preparing all the elements of providing our internal employees with a car. You will be dealing with the process from start to finish in a professional and efficient manner to ensure a smooth handover to the end user which in most cases is our internal employees. They thrive under pressure and are team players. Our Fleet Administrators are meticulous with detail, have a proven ability to operate to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
Manage all car enquiries coming into the team, by phone and email, ensuring replies are completed within agreed timescales
Management of process systems, ensuring all updates are current and all stages are managed efficiently and chased/progressed in a timely manner
Deal with sub-contractors in a professionally
Creating and processing orders and contracts for drivers ensuring highest confidentiality at all times
Ensuring all aspects of our schemes comply with internal and external Fleet regulations
Liaising between Dealer and Customer in a professional and confident manor to ensure cars are prepared and ready
Checking and approving invoices internally and externally
Data analysis and reporting on a daily, monthly and adhoc basisThe Ideal Candidate

Self motivation and highly organised
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Computer literacy
A fantastic coping strategy to work under pressure, being able to react quickly to any problems that arise
