Why do we want you?
We are looking for a Project Management Team Assistant / Project Officer / PMO to contribute to the delivery of our Project Management Team’s internal and external commitments and objectives, and to support and work with the Project Managers and senior leaders in the team.
Project management experience is advantageous, however, if you are a highly organised Administrator / Business Support Assistant with experience liasing with senior leaders and are now looking to step into Project Management, we would love to hear from you too.

Main Purpose of Role
As the Project Management Team Assistant, your key responsibilites will include:
- Work under the guidance of the Project Management Team Leader
- Contribute to the delivery of internal/external projects and the objectives of the Project Management Team and to support/work with Project Managers
- Gain and maintain sufficient understanding of the operational and production aspects of the business
- Own relationships and portfolios of Technology Senior Leadership Team
- Own and manage key Wilmington Healthcare processes
Skills and Experience Required
- Has experience of working in administrative, secretarial, and business/team support functions and roles
- Has an understanding of project management methodologies (desirable)
- Is able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all level
- Prioritises workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Develops positive and productive relationships
- Works independently, keeping relevant stakeholders informed adequately and timely
- Is able to work with variety of internal and external people at all levels
- Is educated to A-Level standard
