Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE + benefits

From an agency or in-house background, you'll have experience recruiting specialist and/or volume hires. Using your proven experience, you will manage the end to end recruitment processes whilst delivering an outstanding experience to our candidates and key stakeholders. You’ll identify creative resourcing methods to ensure we are attracting the right candidates for our vacancies, (especially the hard-to-fill ones!).

Key to this will be the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximise direct recruitment activity, minimise recruitment costs and ensure we hire the very best talent in the market.

You will be responsible for delivering end to end campaign management, working with stakeholders to explore the best routes to market and working within the TA/HR function to continuously improve and optimise our processes in line with the ever changing market.

What will I be doing?

* Managing the end to end recruitment process for volume hires in tight timescales ensuring talented candidates are hired by induction dates

* Engaging with external markets to champion and develop the AA brand profile

* Developing local attraction strategy to tap into new and emerging candidate pools

* Liaising the RPO and 3rd party providers to ensure appropriate solutions for our recruitment challenges and identify routes to market

* Developing and delivering recruitment processes to the wider team, including training and coaching on systems/tools

* Ensuring that ATS is used appropriately and effectively for all permanent recruitment activity to drive high accuracy MI reporting

* Focusing on reducing time to offer/hire, reduction in attrition, cost per hire and driving direct hiring

* Ensuring that Recruitment MI is continually updated and is accurate i.e. tracking of spend, recruitment metrics, media effectiveness

* Leveraging social media and recruitment tools to build strong and credible networks

* TA related strategic projects

What do I need?

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

* Demonstrable in house, agency or RPO recruitment experience inclusive of volume hiring

* Consultative with the ability confidentially advise on appropriate routes to meet hiring demands

* Previous experience of using candidate tracking systems

* Ability to utilise MI to develop trend analysis and identify / act upon route cause

* Ability to establish credibility with senior managers and influence / manage expectations at all levels

* Ability to think customer, business and brand and apply this to problem solving

* Strong delivery track record and delivers against promises

* Proven experience and success of hiring through the use of a range of direct sourcing channels, including social media, networking, candidate referrals, cv data mining, pay per click and advertising
