Compliance Administrator - Hybrid - Office Location Derby
Are you methodical, supportive, familiar with further education compliance and passionate about delivering a quality service? We pride ourselves on delivering robust training programmes and are looking for a Compliance Administrator to support with the overall Data and Compliance Administration for the business and provide an exceptional customer experience. Summary of role
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining and updating effective systems and procedures that meet internal KPI’s and ensure compliance with government funding and awarding body organisation requirements.
Brief summary of principle accountabilities
Responsible for ensuring all learners are registered for relevant qualifications within internal timescales.
Administrating all test bookings and results reporting within required timescales.
Claiming of all certificates upon confirmation of compliant IQA documentation.
Compliance checking of bursary evidence and processing of weekly bursary claims for designated area/s.
Ensuring all ACE claims are made in line with funding guidance.
Process all certificates upon receipt, issuing to learners at the appropriate time.
Processing of non-funding related Change of Circumstance information.
Processing of employer ELI/H&S records.
Ensuring all copies of documentation is uploaded and securely saved to the relevant electronic system.
Support with archiving of both electronic and hard copy documentation ensuring adherence to funding and awarding body requirements.
To maintain and develop positive relationship with internal and external customers.

Qualifications
Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
Level 2 Business and Administration Qualification or willingness to acquire
Skills and experience
Experience of working within an Administration environment
Experience of data inputting using an online system
Experience of delivering high level of service and satisfaction
Knowledge of ILR requirements
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to deliver to agreed targets
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office particularly the Word, Excel and Outlook
