As part of our Adaptations and Customer Alterations Team, you’ll be allocating work and tasks to our team of surveyors, monitoring, and processing cases; ensuring that all our customers receive the highest levels of service. In your role, you’ll build strong relationships, make new friends and have a genuinely positive impact on the lives of thousands of people.

You’ll be working across various systems, both proactively and reactively. All cases should aim to be completed within proposed timescales. You should action cases and tasks promptly, building and maintaining good working relationships with the Officer, Surveyor/s, external organisations and internal teams

To be a successful Adaptations & Customer Alterations Coordinator, we want you to:

Be experienced in housing/adaptations/ alterations, having held a customer service or strategic property role before
Use initiative; be experienced working under pressure and be able to adapt to change
Have experience in using Bromford systems (D365, Capita, Orchard and ActiveH would be ideal, although not essential) and willing to learn any future systems
Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Bring a good understanding of health and safety
Have good general knowledge of Property systems, adaptations, alterations and maintenance
Collating, archiving, scanning, naming and uploading/downloading documents to and from Bromford’s document management systems
Be experienced in using Microsoft software and systems
Pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service
Be a great ambassador for Bromford.

This role is based in our Wolverhampton office (WV10), although other locations may be considered. Due to the nature of the role, a DBS check will be completed for the successful applicant.

Consideration to be given to anyone with experience working in roles such as property assistant, aids & adaptations advisor, estate agent, lettings negotiator, property advisor or customer service advisor amongst others.
