School Reception temp to perm

Our client a lovely school are in need to increase their Receptionist to 2 and are now recruiting to start immediately.

You will need a DBS for this position

• Based front of house meeting and greeting all visitors to the school and dealing with all types of enquiries
• Signing visitors in
• Answering all incoming calls and transferring to the relevant department taking message when required
• Looking after lost property
• General administration

The hours are term time only 39 weeks per year worked 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes break.

DBS will be required for this position

• A paid entitlement of 25 days’ annual leave and 8 statutory bank holidays
• Pension
