Trainee Composite GRP / Fibreglass Manufacturing

Excellent opportunity within a family-owned business, for a trainee Composite GRP/Fibreglass manufacturing with initial earnings from £10.25 per hour, with an increase on successful completion of training, based in Kidderminster.

Quantum Mouldings Ltd is a key player in the supply of finished GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) parts, supplying many markets including automotive, industrial, leisure and advertising industries. Quantum has been established over 36 years and employ around 50 people on their Kidderminster site.  www.quantummouldings.co.uk

Due to an increasing growth in orders, we have an opportunity to recruit a trainee for our GRP (Fibreglass) manufacturing site.  No experience is necessary.  The successful candidate will demonstrate a good work ethic, reliability and willingness along with an aptitude to learn.  We actively encourage applications from all genders, particularly anyone with creative, hands-on skills and an eye for detail. For the right candidate, opportunities exist to progress in the company, with training typically completed in three months, leading to full time positions and further development.  A safe working attitude is essential and you will learn to produce high quality parts using efficient working practices.  This is an opportunity to gain a valuable skill and full training, equipment and PPE will be provided.  This is a full time role, although consideration will be given to flexible hours to suit the right candidate.
