We have an exciting position available for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Falkirk. As a Customer Service Executive you will be highly organised, be the first point of contact for clients and you will deliver exceptional customer service.
Key duties and responsibilities...
* Handling inbound service and machine breakdown calls & emails
* Follow up on new customers after machine installations to ensure they are happy
* Co-ordinating and scheduling service call-outs and machine installations with the team of engineers using a fully integrated CRM system
* Booking cases, tracking the progress and ensuring completion on-time-and-in -full
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Good listener
* Can deal with problem/unhappy customers
* Able to empathise and reassure customers
* Can-do attitude
* Good with IT and keeping records up-to-date on CRM system
Benefits
* Office hours 7:30-4:30 (negotiable)
* Salary of £20,000 - £24,000
