Team Leader - Cabin Bar - Leeds Bradford Airport.
Everyone regardless of age starts on £11.70 per hour.
Not only will you receive a competitive and attractive rate of pay, but we are also offering some fantastic incentives:
* For our early birds! You will earn an extra £3 per hour for hours worked between 12am and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.70 per hour! Additionally, when you start before 6am you will also earn an extra £1.20 per hour for the remainder of that shift!
* Earn up to £200 service charge/tips per month

We are looking for Full Time and Part Time Team Members to join our Beer House at Leeds Bradford Airport.
As a team member you will work a variety of shifts between 3am to 10pm.
Don't worry if you don't have any experience as we will teach you everything you need to know to do well in this role.
Responsibilities for Team Leader:
* Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
* Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
* Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
* Following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
* Trains the team on brand standards
* Ensures cash procedures followed by all staff
Requirements for Team Leader:
* Team Leader/Supervisor experience within retail or hospitality sector
