Compliance Officer
Are you methodical, supportive, familiar with further education compliance and passionate about delivering a quality service? At Babington we pride ourselves on delivering robust training programmes and are looking for a Compliance Officer to support with the overall data processing for the business and provide an exceptional customer experience. Summary of role
The post holder will be responsible for the compliance checking and processing of learner data relating to ESFA apprenticeships and the adult education budget that meets internal KPI’s and ensures compliance with government funding and awarding body organisation requirements.
Brief summary of principle accountabilities
Responsible for ensuring all learners are compliance checked for eligibility in accordance with ESFA funding rules.
Ensuring learner data is processed timely and accurately on our MIS systems (BUD & PICS)
Compliance checking of supporting evidence and processing of additional support for employers
Processing of changes to learner data on our MIS systems
Monitoring and correcting data errors highlighted through claim error logs and PDSAT reports
Ensuring all copies of documentation is uploaded and securely saved to the relevant electronic system.
Support with archiving of both electronic and hard copy documentation ensuring adherence to funding and awarding body requirements.
To maintain and develop positive relationship with internal and external customers.

Qualifications
Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent (E)
Level 2 Business and Administration Qualification or willingness to acquire (E)
Skills and experience
Experience of working with ESFA funded programmes (D)
Experience of working within an Administration environment (D)
Experience of data inputting using an online system (E)
Experience of delivering high level of service and satisfaction (E)
Knowledge of ILR requirements (D)
Knowledge of ESFA funding rules (D)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team (E)
Ability to deliver to agreed targets (E)
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office particularly the Word, Excel and Outlook (E)
