Due to an internal promotion, we now have a new opportunity for someone to join our operations team to be responsible for the successful daily operational service delivery to respective customers, ensuring exceptional service is provided and contractual SLA’s are met you will be responsible for processing contractual activity and will need to ensure data entry is accurate for internal/external reporting purposes.

What you will be doing...
Be the main point of contact for the service and of the Ricoh brand through delivering services to the customer, ensuring timely delivery of all orders
Actively source products and services from existing suppliers (& on occasion, new vendors) and negotiate excellent rates, rebates and/or pricing to achieve both contractual savings for the customer
Delivering on all aspects of operational, commercial and legal parameters associated with customer contracts
Ensuring all order processes up until the ‘quote issued’ stage is delivered within contractual SLA
Process all contractual activity while paying close attention to detail throughout to ensure data entry is 100% accurate within various software and systems
Support customer and internal meetings, audits and reporting requirements and any other reasonable requests linked to contractual delivery
You will ideally have...
Highly motivated and focused to deliver exceptional service and to drive revenue uplift
Confident approach to customer management and developing key relationships
Excellent customer facing skills with experience of customer facing activity
Sound understanding of contractual and commercial requirements
Strong experience and ability to negotiate with suppliers with ability to secure discounts and rebates
Experience of managing accurate data through systems, provision of reporting and strong analytical skills
Ability to deal with escalations both internally and from the customer or supplier with ability to manage conflict situations through to positive resolution
Good eye for detail and ability to see and apply improvements to process
Excellent organisational, time management skills
Self-motivated and flexible with ability to work under pressure
Excellent numeracy skills with strong commercial acumen
