Kitchen Shift Manager at Stansted Airport - £500 joining bonus!
Salary starts from £30,514.00 per year.
* £500 Joining bonus (T&C apply)
* An additional £1.50 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6 am.
* Earn up to £150 service charge/tips per month!
During summer period (26th May - 31st August) we are introducing fantastic schemes for all hourly paid colleagues! (T&C apply)

We are looking for Full Time and Part Time Kitchen Shift Manager ready to accept this hands-on role and lead our kitchen team in our Bottega Premium Prosecco Bar and The Camden Bar and Kitchen at Stansted Airport.
As a Kitchen Shift Manager you will work a variety of shifts between 4am and 8pm but with our friendly atmosphere and shared passion for food, you will feel like it’s your second home.
If you have can-do attitude and strong sense of teamwork, this may be a perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for someone who:
* Supervises and takes a part of food preparation process
* Have ability to keep team motivated to work up to high standards
* Have a strong sense of managing portion control and waste
* Is able to coach the team in regards to FIFO and Hygiene & Food Safety and making sure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and food rotation are met at all times
* Works well under pressure
* Is ready for the next step in their career with us!
Requirements for Kitchen Shift Manager:
* Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
* Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
* Previous experience in similar role is required
