Office Administrator - Birmingham

  • Salary: £22,784 per annum plus Veolia benefits
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm


What will you be doing?

  • Maintain internal databases
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to internal departments
  • Handle queries from managers and employees
  • Update office policies and ensure compliance
  • Maintain the filing system for data on customer and external partners
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Reception cover as and when required
