Customer Care Executives

Our client is looking to recruit experienced Customer Care Executives for their team based on Birmingham Business Park.

NOTE this role is office based - NO home working

• The roles are telephone and email based customer care
• An understanding of the customer journey and the importance of delivering great customer service 
• Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints in a calm professional manner and getting the problem resolved 
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for finding solutions
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail 
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels 
• Excellent time management
• Good PC skills 
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Team Player 4 days on, 4 days off, working anywhere between 8am - 8pm
