This is not your typical office or administrator job; if you enjoy interacting with a wide range of people on the phone, and if you are motivated enough to make calls proactively to engage with customers, this is the ideal role for you.

We’re looking for a Feedback Advisor to join our insight team who are responsible for collecting and reporting valuable feedback about our services; you’ll spend the majority of your time talking with customers and colleagues on the phone and collecting feedback via email and text surveys too. This role is initially on a 12 month fixed term contract or secondment basis.

You’ll be targeted in this role by the amount of quality calls you complete every day, so you must be able to manage your workload effectively whilst juggling multiple priorities. You must be self-motivated and have a proactive approach to making outbound calls. You’ll be working in an environment that gives you the freedom to get on with your job without worrying about making mistakes or being open about your ideas and feedback.

Do you stand out from the crowd? We want somebody who has:

Confidence to make outbound calls to customers (direct experience of an outbound calls environment, possibly in a sales role ideal)
Excellent communication skills
A confident and positive telephone manner
Enthusiasm
Active listening skills
Strong ICT skills and an interest in statistics, being proficient in the use of Excel would be ideal as would experience using a CRM.If you have previous experience as a feedback advisor, feedback analyst, complaints advisor, customer care advisor, customer service advisor, or something else similar, it would be great to hear from you.
