Support Worker

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 42 hours a week, days and nights, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Hope House. 

*Part-Time hours of 24, 36 hours a week also considered*

Based in Hartlepool, Hope House supports adults living with a learning disability, including individuals who have additional mental and physical ill-health and behaviours that may challenge.
