We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 24 or 36 hours a week, days and nights, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Hope House.
*Pay increase up to £10.40ph after 18 months*
Based in Hartlepool, Hope House supports adults living with a learning disability, including individuals who have additional mental and physical ill-health and behaviours that may challenge.
Residents are supported to access local community facilities within Hartlepool town centre, which is within walking distance. A few of the community facilities available are colleges, swimming pools, a cinema, shops, a disco, and a gardening club.
