Your day-to-day... 

Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
Responsible for administration aspects of admitting and discharging patients, following the correct admission procedure, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
To be responsible for sending out Confidential In-Patient Satisfaction Surveys and producing audit reports from returned questionnaires.
Ensure that effective communication and working relationship is maintained both within the hospital and between Funders and Commissioners, patients and relatives regarding admissions, meetings and any other queries.
Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
Attend Patient review meetings and document minutes, where required.

You are... 

An administrator with experience in health care & knowledge of mental health 
Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative 
A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
