We are looking for an organised Compliance Administrator with a passion for making a difference to join our team based at Cygnet Hospital Godden Green which is a private mental health hospital providing specialist acute and PICU services for women..
This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave and you’ll be working 38.5 hours a week in a hospital setting helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care.
The post holder will support the Clinical Governance framework at the hospital supporting the role of the Quality Compliance Lead in relation to KPIs, compliance with CQC key lines of enquiry. You would be required to co-ordinate and provide administration support for the local clinical governance meeting ensuring that minutes and relevant documents are stored electronically and accessible in date order. You would support the administration for external scrutiny from the CQC or commissioners and maintain records of QIP for individual department.

Your day-to-day...
* Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support to the Clinical Governance framework of Cygnet Hospital Godden Green.
* Provide assistance and guidance of the Clinical Manager and Admin Manager
* Ensuring the Hospital complies with the CQC fundamental standards, Commissioner Standards, Quality Improvement frameworks and networks.
* Ensure that the Hospital meets the compliance data submission targets weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
* Assist in the follow up of medicines management and compliance with standards and best practice
* Reporting and reviewing of incidents and learning lessons from adverse
* Escalating quality concerns to the Admin / Clinical Manager as required

You are...
* Experience of utilising common IT software systems, Excel, Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Databases
* Experience of administrative systems associated with audits and service improvements
* Good sound knowledge of local and corporate governance processes
* Experience of working within a small administrative team
* Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
* A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
* Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
