PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To support sales and production departments in administration duties including responding to queries from internal and external customers. To maintain relationships with several key accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
* Oversee the day to day operations of sales office and support external sales team
* Must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale
* Improve existing administrative systems
* Schedule and attend meetings with internal and external customers, as and when required
* Dealing with customer complaints and resolving disputes
* Promote effective communication across all functions
* Retain top talent. Must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale
* Assess and develop new skills within the business
* Manage effective communication channels between customers, suppliers and staff members
* Increase productivity in the office
* Support, develop and manage change within the office
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Good basic standard of education required (GCSE level minimum)
* Experience of working in a busy and fast paced working sales environment
* IT literate – Word, Excel
* Numerate with good accuracy and attention to detail
* Data Entry experience
* Must have excellent customer service skills

* Good team player
* Good verbal and written communicator
