The Group consists of;
Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity providing services to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and those who have been victims of domestic abuse across all age groups across the Midlands.
About the role
We are looking to recruit for Social Care Worker for our Maer Lane care home based in Market Drayton Shropshire. Maer Lane is a registered care home for 9 adults with learning and physical disabilities who require support for all aspects of their daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation as well as shopping and social activities. The role is fixed term for 3 months working 37.5 hours a week covering a variety of shifts on a rotational basis.
About you
We are looking for highly motivated individual who would like to join our team in order to deliver good quality service to vulnerable adults. You will be responsible for looking after service users and supporting them with their daily requirements.
A positive attitude around person centred approaches to working with individuals with learning disabilities and associated flexible & reliable
Supervision experience of leading, advising and motivating staff
Good communication Skills
Experience of working within a busy care environment
The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Caring and sensitive Self-motivated
Experience of working within a busy care environment
Relevant experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities
