Night Concierge, Birmingham

£18,491.20 per annum
Fixed Term- 6 months
35 hours per week

The Group consists of;
Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity providing services to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and those who have been victims of domestic abuse across all age groups across the Midlands.
About the role
To provide a security and support function to customers as part of a 24 hour service, raising any concerns, and reporting these in line with policy and procedure
Key Responsibilities
Receiving visitors and customers at reception in a professional, polite and courteous manner and deal with all routine enquiries, challenging where appropriate
Undertaking routine building checks to ensure security, health and safety and general tidiness of building and maintain the CCTV
Completing wellbeing/safe and well checks on individuals as required per individual risk assessment
Appropriately recording incidents and coordinating incident response on site.
Completing assessments for individuals who need accommodation at short notice following referral from Outreach services.
Co-ordinating access for services to the building such as night collections
About you
Experience of working with vulnerable adults
Understanding of support housing
Empathy and compassion for others
Experience of working within a security environment
Experience of keeping accurate and compliant records
Experience of working with Microsoft applications
