Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance

Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity providing services to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and those who have been victims of domestic abuse across all age groups across the Midlands.

About the role

A 40 hours per week Cook role to provide a thorough service to the customers within the restaurant and our busy function rooms where we have regular events and also cater for Weddings, Christenings, Parties and Wakes at Oakland Retirement Village in Derbyshire.

This role will include taking deliveries of food, preparing dishes for both residents, public and Derbyshire County Council clients and Buffets for our parties and assisting other team members in running a busy kitchen.

Have experience in working in a busy kitchen and restaurant environment, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of standard and cleanliness
