We are looking for a confident Specialist Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care in a specialist enhanced support environment.
You’ll be working 42 hours a week (days only), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Broughton Lodge.
This is a specialist enhanced residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that challenge.
Shift Pattern:
Week 1: 4 nights on, 3 nights off
Week 2: 3 nights on, 4 nights off
We now pay £100 per month extra in transport allowance!

Your day-to-day…
Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
Act on and deliver specialist support interventions alongside a clinical team to ensure complex care pathways are delivered.
Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
Assist with medical & welfare needs
Report on medical & welfare needs as required
Safeguard those most vulnerable in society
