We have a very exciting position available for a Marketing and Copywrite Specialist to join an extremely reputable, market leading Interior Product business that services the interior design industry, based in Croydon. You will be joining a family run SME that always strives for perfection, has a highly respected brand and a pursuit of excellence.

Key duties and responsibilities...

* Managing and posting on social media channels

* Creating value adding written content to bring customers to the website

* Writing products stories that create an emotional connection with our customers

* Maintaining product descriptions and marketing assets on the ERP/website

* Maintaining the website including landing pages, resources pages, case studies and galleries

* Utilizing their Sharp spring marketing platform

* Eshot design and creation and basic graphic design changes to images

* CRM data updates including cleaning the data after an eshot has been sent and checking the accuracy of new company entries

* Managing the product photography process including labelling and filing the images

* Outbound Customer Service calls

* Managing the SharePoint Marketing folder and its contents

* Face to face customer visits with a salesperson

* Arranging CGI images of products and associated room sets

* Entering dictated notes into the CRM for Directors post appointment / tele sale and other tasks e.g. arranging samples to be sent to clients and entering orders on to the ERP

* Ensuring that all new companies entered onto the CRM are in the correct format

* Arranging product launches and events

* Arranging print and despatch of brochures and letters

* Arranging photo shoots at completed projects that we have supplied

Requirements

* MS Outlook

* Social platforms particularly Instagram & Pinterest

* Keyboard skills

* MS Excel and Word

* CRM and/or other business systems

* Website management in WordPress/WooCommerce (helpful but not essential)

* Adobe creative suite (helpful but not essential)

* Camera and video proficient (helpful but not essential)

* Team orientated, organised, great writing skills, professional, fast, flexible, accurate, friendly, diligent, proactive and customer and team orientated

* Interior Design and/or construction industry experience.

* Marketing qualification not necessarily required, ideal candidate to have had some exposure to the high-end interior design world and the built environment

Benefits

Monday to Friday - 8am-4.30pm

Salary- £39,000- £45,000

29 days annual leave plus 3 days for Christmas
