Job Description

Aston Services Group are recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our expanding soft services management team. Aston Services Group is a dynamic and forward-thinking company who prides itself on the quality of its staff and the service we provide.

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) reports to the operations director & will manage, co-ordinate all operational guarding & soft services activities within their region, contained inside a geographical zone.

You will provide an effective and efficient working environment where industry leading operational performance is delivered.

Working as one of the soft services management team to deliver the company vision, strong operational performance, and change, by ensuring success through a customer focused high performing collaborative environment.

The key responsibilities of the position

• Ensure service levels delivered adhere to our contract terms and client SLA's

• Ensure sufficient levels of qualified and competent officers are maintained to meet the current and projected future levels of personnel required

• Identify and introduce appropriate and agreed innovation or improvements in line with client's expectations and vision

• Complete regular audits across your sites to ensure contract, Health & Safety and legal compliance, and ensure any non-compliance is rectified and reported

• Coach and support our people to reach their full potential through individual career development, regular one to one meetings and annual performance development reviews.

• Support the development of effective working relationships with third party organisations - local emergency services, police and community organisations

• Financial performance - assist with the compilation of the monthly P&L, raising PO's and checking invoices

• Support the director of operations with timely provision of management information reports and KPIs.

Requirements for the role

UK Driver’s License

SIA frontline license

Relevant contract management experience

Salary, Holidays, benefits & Payment Terms

£33600 per annum via our PAYE system.

Pension contribution. 3% employer, 5% employee

33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
