Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: Fareham, Portsmouth

Salary: Up to £37,000, depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 per week

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and creative Occupational Therapist with mental health rehabilitation experience, who can think outside the box

Join our Mental Health Recovery Service situated in Fareham, Hampshire where our multidisciplinary team offer high quality recovery focused care to adults with a range of mental health needs.

Recovery can be a reality for everyone with Mental Health problems.

Focus on individual need, not diagnosis.

Risks should be understood but managed positively.

Service users have a right to live in a decent, safe, caring environment with support to engage in and with their local community.

Pathways to more independent living should be an integral part of support planning.

To be successful in this role:

At least 18 - 24 months experiences of working in mental health settings, post Occupational Therapy training
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
HPC Registration
Knowledge of Mental Health Act 1983 & CPA
Knowledge on the Model of Human Occupation
