Position: Food Service Worker
Location: Fareham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Mostly week days, possible weekends
Salary: £10.00 per hour
Uplands is a specialist mental health rehabilitation hospital, located on the outskirts of Fareham, a market town at the north-west tip of Portsmouth Harbour, between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton in south east Hampshire.
Key Criteria and Skills:
Knowledge of Nutrition
Knowledge of Dietary Requirements (i.e. Halal/Diabetic/Vegan)
Good Communication
Ability to Plan Nourishing and Attractive Menus Within Available Budgets
Team Player
Works On Own Initiative
NVQ2 or Equivalent or Evidence of the Same Experience in Catering
Basic Food/Hygiene Certificate
Hospitality Experience
Experience of Working in a Kitchen
Experience of preparing fresh food to cover 2 main meal timesRewards & Benefits
