Customer Service Advisor, HydroSure Global Ltd
Full Time - 37.5hrs
Monday - Friday
Hours: 09:00-17:00
12 weeks temp contract (with the potential to go permanent)
We are seeking talented individuals with the passion to succeed to join our head
office based in Telford. Can you, through innovation and drive, make great things
happen? Do you want to join a team of outstanding individuals to revolutionise the
customer experience?
Key Responsibilities:
·Delivering an exceptional customer experience through multi-channel contacts,
especially customer emails
·Drive customer loyalty through cross-selling the great value products and services
that we offer
·Undertake administrative duties
·Support the growth of the business by working on projects to support the
company’s bold expansion plans
Skills and Experience:
·An effective communicator
·Driven and determined to be the best
·Can demonstrate empathy and understanding
·Ability to influence
·Problem-solving
·An eye for detail and accuracy
·Passionate about delivering an awesome customer experience

Customer Services Advisors are the front-line of our business, working in a fast-
moving environment, you need to be able to learn quickly and hit the ground
running. Our customers are the most important people in our company; we want to
employ customer champions to take orders, convert customers to better value own
label products and services, effectively handle customer queries and complaints,
and work in the background on our websites.

HydroSure Global Ltd is It is the UK's largest eCommerce irrigation products
business, selling £5m worth of products per year and is growing very, very quickly.
Our purpose is to help customers Irrigate their land. If we do this well, we will
achieve our vision of becoming Europe’s leading Irrigation Brand. It does this by
selling irrigation products to the trade and public, predominantly under our own
HydroSure brand name.
