We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Swindon. The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for nurturing and closing potential sales opportunities from a mixture of activities produced by the marketing team and warm leads provided by the Prospecting team.
The Inside Sales Executive will be expected to deliver a pipeline of deals and opportunities on warmed leads and existing customers via a mixture of sales activities which includes, prospecting email campaigns, marketing automation campaigns, phone calling, direct mail and LinkedIn networking. Upon closing opportunities the executive will then be responsible for growing the customer via cross-selling and up-selling.
Key duties and responsibilities...
* To nurture and close on a pipeline of qualified opportunities and warm leads
* Network, build connections and relationships, and identify sales opportunities
* Consistently hit monthly and quarterly KPI’s and targets
* Lead our efforts to generate revenue with new and existing clients by executing a disciplined business development protocol
* Carry out telesales and webinar meetings with new prospects and existing clients
* Updating CRM (HubSpot) with all lead follow up activities, notes and progress
* Working in a fast paced and energetic team environment
Requirements
* The ideal candidate will be focused, have strong communication skills, and have the ability to think strategically.
* Prior industry-related business development experience desirable
* Strong communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
* Minimum of 2 years sales experience
* The ability to demonstrate success in previous sales roles
* Be within a commutable distance of Swindon Wiltshire
* The ability to demonstrate drive and ambition with a desire for results
* The ability to work on own initiative whilst also being a team player
* A quick and proactive learner
* Previous experience with HubSpot desirable
